Fashion 4 Change: Is a not for profit organisation committed to CHANGING the lives of orphans and vulnerable children in developing countries through FASHION. The statistics are black and white: *3 billion people live in extreme poverty that is almost half the world! We believe poverty is more than a statistic its a face and with your support we hope to change the face of poverty forever by equipping orphans with skills such as tailoring and jewellery making so they have a way out of poverty as well as providing them with educational opportunities and a home. To achieve this: 1) We organise Fashion Fundraising Events e.g.fashion Shows/Swishing Party's (swapping clothes events) 2) We have a fashion shop where we sell fabulous items such as: badges and ethical cotton bags. 3) We work in partnership with Churches and other organisations in the UK and support them to take a lead in helping to tackle poverty and to Pray, Act(by doing an event on our behalf) and to Give (by donating or buying our merchandise).
